Senior Contract Negotiator Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Contract Negotiator to lead contract negotiations and ensure favorable terms for our organization. The ideal candidate will have deep contractual expertise and the ability to build strategic relationships, navigate complex agreements, and drive alignment between commercial objectives and procurement strategies.

The successful candidate will be responsible for drafting, reviewing, and finalizing various service and procurement contracts for renewable energy construction projects. This includes working closely with the Procurement Department to align sourcing strategies, supplier selection, and contract execution.

Key Responsibilities

Draft, review, and finalize service and procurement contracts.

Lead contract negotiations with suppliers and contractors.

Analyze and interpret contract clauses, identifying risks and proposing mitigation measures.

Act as the primary liaison between our organization and suppliers, fostering strong, long-term relationships.

Resolve contractual disputes and manage claims, protecting our interests.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field. Master's degree in Renewable Energy is highly valued.

Minimum 3 years of experience in contract management within the renewable energy sector.

Strong ability to draft, negotiate, and manage contracts effectively. Solid understanding of legal and contractual terminology.

Languages : Native Spanish and proficiency in English. Knowledge of other languages (French, German, Portuguese) is an asset.
