About the location

Four Seasons Resort Mallorca at Formentor, perched on the spectacular Formentor Peninsula and surrounded by panoramic views of the Mediterranean and stunning landscape, first opened its doors in August 2024 following an extensive restoration and renovation of the historic property, originally inaugurated in 1929 on a vast private estate. After its successful debut, the resort will reopen to guests in March 2025, reaffirming its status as a unique destination of luxury and elegance on the island.

About The Role

The Food and Beverage Marketing Coordinator plays a key role in driving the visibility and success of the hotel's food and beverage offerings. This position supports the development and execution of strategic marketing initiatives, digital campaigns, and promotional events that enhance guest engagement and revenue. Collaborating closely with the F&B and operational teams, the F&B marketing coordinator ensures consistent brand messaging across all channels, leverages partnerships, and monitors performance to optimize marketing efforts. In conjunction with the Director of F&B, Commercial Director, and Director of PR, the coordinator supports strategic thinking and execution, increases awareness and visibility of the outlets and their food and beverage offerings, and contributes to driving traffic and revenues while acting as a guardian of the conceptual and visual identity of the relevant outlets.

What you will do F&B Expert

• Support the F&B marketing strategy, conduct market research on trends and guest preferences.
• Design and implement innovative programs that increase awareness of F&B, its offerings and dynamic team.
• Support review of outlet positioning, marketing plans, promotional calendars and KPI tracking.
• Work closely with F&B and operational teams to ensure brand consistency and support marketing goals.
