Crypto Community Builder

We are looking for an over-achieving Web3 Community Builder (excellent English skills), to join European Blockchain Convention, the leading digital media, events and education company in the blockchain space.

European Blockchain Convention was founded in 2018 with the mission to educate and connect the global blockchain community.

The ideal candidate is passionate about Blockchain, events, ambitious, smart, proactive, has a growth mindset, strives for improvement and is a great communicator.

Key responsibilities :

Foster engagement within the Web3 community by organizing events, webinars, workshops, and AMAs

Showcase Blockchain real-world use cases and success stories within the community

Source top speakers for the events, manage speaker onboarding and relations

Manage strategic partnerships

Identify audience acquisition opportunities

Work with the marketing, partnership and operations teams to drive the success of each event

Build relationships with Blockchain experts, consulting companies, financial institutions, startups, and other tech-related companies to identify potential clients and partners

Requirements :

BSc in Business, Finance, Marketing, Tourism, Communication, Media, Public Relations or related field

2+ years managing events with complex and diverse audiences

Customer oriented person with a strong commercial mindset and persuasion skills, capable of engaging people

Strong writing and communication skills

Attention to detail

Results-oriented person who loves to reach and exceed targets

Passion for events, entrepreneurship and technology

Ability to excel in a fast-paced and startup-like environment.
