Job Description :

As a logistics professional, you will play a key role in the coordination of loading and delivery of goods from Italy to international delegations. You will be responsible for searching and negotiating rates with external transport agencies, maintaining updated stock and shipments to delegations, and coordinating closely with our international purchasing team.

We are seeking an experienced logistics specialist who can analyze and improve logistic flows, manage shrinkage, and oversee stock in Italian platforms. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in logistics management / supply chain and studies in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Logistics or related field. Proficiency in technology, including Excel skills, is also essential.

Key responsibilities include :

• Coordination of loading and delivery of goods from Italy to international delegations
• Search and negotiate rates with external transport agencies
• Maintain updated stock and shipments to delegations
• Coordinate closely with our international purchasing team
• Manage shrinkage and analyze logistic flows
• Oversee stock in Italian platforms (north and south)
• Prepare reports
