Cyber Infrastructure Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Cyber Infrastructure Specialist to join our team.

• Design and implement robust network infrastructure solutions ensuring high availability, security, and performance.
• Develop and maintain technical expertise for troubleshooting and optimization of network systems.
• Implement network security measures to protect against cyber threats.
• Manage routers, switches, load balancers, and other networking equipment to ensure seamless connectivity.
• Support voice, video, and data communication systems across the organization.
• Conduct regular system upgrades, patches, and preventive maintenance to prevent downtime.
• Maintain accurate network documentation, diagrams, and standard operating procedures.
• Collaborate with IT teams and vendors to support business operations and new initiatives.
• Provide timely technical support for network-related incidents and service requests.
• Ensure compliance with organizational policies, data protection regulations, and industry standards.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience as a Network Engineer or in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of TCP / IP, routing, switching, subnetting, and VLANs.
• Hands-on experience with firewalls and network monitoring tools.
• Familiarity with cloud networking and virtualization technologies.
• Understanding of VPN, MPLS, SD-WAN, and VoIP technologies.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
• Relevant certifications preferred.
• Experience with automation tools for network operations.
• Knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks and best practices.
• Ability to manage large-scale network projects and upgrades.
