Position Overview
Responsible for driving commercial growth and executing brand strategies for MW brands across LATAM. This role manages key wholesale accounts, ensures strong partner relationships, and collaborates cross-functionally to deliver impactful market execution.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Achieve seasonal sales targets and drive brand growth in LATAM.
- Act as brand and market expert for assigned territories.
- Lead client engagement, selling campaigns, and showroom experiences.
- Manage orders, pricing, and assortments via NuOrder.
- Monitor retail KPIs and propose improvement actions.
- Deliver brand trainings and prepare monthly buying reports.
- Oversee account setup, order validation, deliveries, and payments.
- Support cross-functional initiatives (NSO, events, planning).
Experience, Skills & Knowledge
Proven experience in wholesale account management (fashion industry preferred).Strong understanding of market dynamics and pricing strategies.Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.Analytical, organized, and resilient under pressure.Proactive, collaborative, and client-focused mindset.Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, SAP, and NuOrder.Fluent in English and Spanish; Portuguese is a strong asset.Willingness to travel across LATAM.#J-18808-Ljbffr
