Galenicum Derma team is hiring a Business Development Manager. He / she will be a key player in identifying new opportunities, building strategic partnerships and enhancing brand recognition.
What you'll be rocking :
- International Business Development : Identification and analysis of new countries, business opportunities, and competition within international markets.
- Commercial Management and Key Account Management (KAM) : Prospecting, reaching out to, and negotiating with new distributors. Preparation, presentation, and closing of commercial proposals.
- Strategic Marketing : Adaptation and development of marketing materials and presentations for diverse global markets.
- Event Organization : Support in the planning and logistics of international industry trade fairs and events with foreign partners.
- Reporting : Rigorous maintenance and updating of the contact database and commercial pipeline.
What you bring to the table :
Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in Area Development Management or Key Account Management (KAM) roles with an international focus.Highly valued previous experience with the pharmaceutical or in the dermocosmetic sector (medicines, food supplements, and daily care cosmetics).Previous international experience is valued.Availability to travel frequentlyProficiency in the MS Office suite.Proactive, results-oriented, and highly organized mindset.Educational milestone :
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, International Trade, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).Fluent proficiency in English (minimum B2, C1 is a must), both written and spoken.Your key superpowers :
