Senior Sourcing Buyer with French OR Italian language

We are looking for a sourcing professional who can turn business needs into successful sourcing projects and contracts. This includes running RFx processes, managing Master Services Agreements (MSAs) and Statements of Work (SOWs), and supporting a wide range of indirect / service categories.

What we’re looking for :

Experience in sourcing and contracting, ideally within Enabling Services

Ability to lead cross-functional teams and deliver projects that meet business goals

Strong collaboration skills to work with Global Procurement, Legal, Finance, and business partners worldwide

Confidence in managing discussions with stakeholders to align strategies, costs, and savings

What you’ll do :

Negotiate and draft commercial terms, and support legal terms, using standard contract templates for R&D categories

Build and maintain relationships with key R&D suppliers and internal stakeholders

Develop and manage supplier RFx processes (RFI / RFP / RFS), ensuring requirements, pricing models, and contract terms are clear and complete

Lead the full sourcing cycle : from RFx creation to contract execution

Compare and evaluate supplier offers to identify the best overall solution

Negotiate, issue, and amend contracts, securing legal approval when needed

Manage multiple complex projects independently

Use business analytics to review proposals and provide financial comparisons

Drive cost savings and deliver value in line with company KPIs and sourcing strategies

Use e-procurement tools (such as Ariba) to manage sourcing activities

Who we’re looking for :

Someone with experience negotiating with suppliers for indirect or service agreements

3+ years working in Indirect Procurement or Services categories

Comfortable evaluating the market, assessing suppliers, and handling complex contracts — from drafting to negotiating and reviewing financials

Experienced in working with colleagues across teams and levels, collaborating globally

Good with MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

Languages : Professional-level English is a must, plus either Italian OR French

Proactive and able to take initiative with minimal supervision

Confident communicator who can listen, influence, and stand by decisions when needed
