Responsibilities Develop and implement cloud computing strategies that meet business objectives.

Lead a high-performing engineering team and ensure they have the necessary skills and resources to succeed.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize projects.

Design and deploy cloud-based solutions that are secure, reliable, and scalable.

Monitor and analyze system performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed.

Mentor and coach team members to help them grow professionally and personally.

Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, applying this knowledge to improve our cloud computing capabilities.

Requirements Bachelor\'s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent professional experience.

Over 10 years of leadership experience in cloud operations engineering within SaaS environments.

5+ years in senior management roles, overseeing large-scale Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) and Cloud Operations teams.

Extensive hands-on expertise with one or more major Cloud Service Providers, managing native cloud technologies such as Docker, Kubernetes, Istio, and Kafka at scale.

Proven track record in designing, scaling, and monitoring infrastructure to support SaaS applications and services.

Led 24 / 7 on-call operations teams supporting global customer bases.

Demonstrated success in fostering a customer-centric, SRE-driven operational culture.

Experience operating in secure, highly regulated environments.

Strong interpersonal, leadership, and communication skills, with fluency in English.

Solid understanding of lean and agile software development and operational best practices.
