Position: Accounting Specialist (Spanish)

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Record and classify accounting transactions in the general ledger including income expenses assets and liabilities.
- Prepare and review balance sheets financial statements and monthly quarterly and annual closing reports.
- Reconcile bank accounts and customer and supplier accounts to ensure accuracy and consistency.
- Manage invoicing collections and payments ensuring correct VAT application and compliance with tax regulations.
- Support the preparation of tax declarations including VAT income tax and corporate tax.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date accounting and financial documentation in both physical and digital formats.
- Collaborate with internal and external audits by providing required accounting data and supporting documents.
- Assist with financial forecasting reporting and analysis.
- Monitor inventories and fixed assets including relevant accounting entries and adjustments.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards tax regulations and internal company policies.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Native/Ffluent in Spanish (C1) and advanced level of English (C1).
- 23 years of proven experience in a similar accounting role.
- Strong sense of responsibility and attention to detail.
- Proactive mindset with the ability to take ownership and drive improvements
- Team-oriented approach with strong collaboration skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
