Overview

The Business Development Representative Manager is responsible for managing the inbound business development and outbound prospecting pipeline by leading 30 Business Development Representatives. You will work with Marketing and Sales leadership to devise strategies to increase demand generation and set weekly and monthly KPIs. This is a strategic role with control over decisions affecting the inbound and outbound prospecting pipeline across Europe.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the Business Developer Organisation in the BDR HUB based in Barcelona, supporting management of leads and creation of opportunity pipeline for all customer engagement models.
  • Drive performance across BDRs to build a strong lead management and opportunity pipeline.
  • Deliver qualified lead and opportunity pipeline targets and SLAs for four Europe GEOs : EWEST, ENORTH, ECAL and EMED.
  • Ensure adherence to lead routing processes and TAT per Corporate OLA Procedures.
  • Strengthen GEO interlock with Geo GMLs, GEO Business Planners, and Brand leaders.
  • Plan and execute outbound campaigns according to BDR governance and GEO SLAs; escalate with Global BDR Director and HUB Director as needed.
  • Drive ongoing transformation and improvement of BDR performance metrics and address gaps.
  • Collaborate with Global BDH Learning team and Global BDR Director to develop onboarding and ongoing training materials.
  • Promote learning and career development through My Journey and a "Workforce of the Future" mindset.
  • Ensure use of HubSpot reporting and provide necessary training for suspect management.

Qualifications

  • Education : Degree or Master’s Degree.
  • 5+ years in Inside Sales / Telemarketing / Business Development / Operations in a Software Solutions environment.
  • Experience building and tracking KPIs to achieve lead targets and a proven quota attainment history.
  • Proven leadership skills with experience building high-performing teams.
  • Expertise in sales prospecting, including cold and warm calling, processes and metrics.
  • Knowledge of HubSpot; strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong analytics and reporting capability.
