Enhance Security Operations as a Security Device Specialist

Security Device Specialist Role

We are looking for a skilled Security Device Specialist to assume the responsibility of managing security devices, enhancing operational capabilities and ensuring seamless security operations.

Main Responsibilities :

• Manage cases and ensure timely resolution
• Provide technical assistance and improve automation processes
• Escalate complex cases to level 2 security device engineers
• Maintain security devices according to service roadmap and guidelines from the Platform engineering group
• Collaborate with various teams, including Operational Analysts, Platform Engineers, Integration Engineers, and DevOps

Necessary Skills :

Aims to play an active role in assisting customers through their journey into our Managed Detection and Response service by providing top-notch support and guidance.
