Vision. Build Europe’s most trusted financial-wellbeing platform—an AI coach that predicts, nudges, and celebrates good choices, and a rewards network that drives customers to small local businesses. We grow B2C and through partner programs with universities and employers (B2B2C).
We’re a young, Gen-Z–founded team and we love working with Gen Z co-founders and builders of any age who bring owner energy. Categorization engine (MCC / ML), spend forecasting, budgeting logic.Rewards marketplace & partner integrations.Interact with software vendors on a daily basis.AI / ML layer : Maintain pragmatic models (e.g., sklearn / Prophet, embeddings, rules + LLMs) and 3rd-party AI integrations (OpenAI, etc.) for tips, classification, and personalization—privacy-first.Security & compliance : Privacy-by-design, GDPR / PSD2 alignment, data minimization, tokenized bank access.Investor-facing : Present the stack, roadmap, and moat; handle technical diligence; translate complex tradeoffs clearly.Team : Hire and mentor an A-team (FE / BE / ML), shape culture, and run lightweight processes (sprints, crits, reviews).Our stack :

2–5 years building production software at a startup or high-ownership team.Shipped features across the stack (frontend + backend + data).Hands-on AI / ML exposure (classification, forecasting) and comfort integrating external AI APIs.Experience with cloud (GCP / AWS), APIs, auth / OIDC, and secure data handling.Strong product instincts and UX empathy; bias to ship, measure, iterate.Outstanding communication & presence in investor meetings—able to explain architecture, tradeoffs, risks, and roadmap clearly.Bilingual Spanish & English. (English is mandatory, bilingual is preferred)It is okay to not have all of these skills, we most value passion, dedication, and a learning mindset which will take priority above all.
Nice to have :
