FUNCIONES : Architecture and design responsibility for Ottopilot (DEUTZ AG GPT)
Use of ticketing systems
Build / optimize RAG (indexing, retrieval, vector DB) and agent workflows.
Integration of SharePoint, SAP documents, manuals, Windream, ticketing systems.
Interfaces to ServiceNow / Jira and CTI / hotline; telephony integration.
Data protection, access control (Entra ID / Azure AD, OAuth2) and auditability.
Deployment & operations : Kubernetes, CI / CD (Azure DevOps / GitHub Actions).
Monitoring, logging, performance, hallucination reduction, QA of model responses.
Knowledge management & feedback loops with service teams.
Maintenance of these new systems.
PERFIL :
8+ years IT experience, several years in AI / LLM / RAG projects.
English C1.
Hands-on experience in RAG design, retrieval pipelines, agentic AI frameworks, prompt engineering.
Strong Python skills, backend / microservices experience.
Experience with Azure (AKS, Storage, Azure OpenAI), Terraform, Kubernetes, CI / CD.
Knowledge of Entra ID / Azure AD / OAuth2, monitoring stacks, data integrations (SharePoint / SAP / DB).
Experience in LLM QA, human-in-the-loop.
