Job Description You’ll work at the intersection of innovation and engineering, translating strategic visions into tangible, enterprise-ready architectures that are scalable, secure, and reliable. As a core member of the Hub’s architecture team, you’ll help define technical standards, ensure architectural consistency across projects, and bring structure to ideas that evolve into real impact. You’ll collaborate with lead architects, data scientists, ML engineers, and business stakeholders to design systems that blend technological excellence with purpose — systems that are not only intelligent, but trustworthy, traceable, and sustainable. This is a role for those who combine creativity with precision — who see architecture as both an art and a discipline, and who take pride in building the foundations of tomorrow’s intelligent enterprise. As a Senior AI Architect at Kyndryl’s AI Innovation Hub, you’ll play a key role in one of the most ambitious and forward-looking initiatives in the field of intelligent systems — helping design, refine, and implement the architectures behind next-generation AI and Agentic AI solutions.Transform functional and analytical requirements into efficient, modular, and maintainable system designs. Essential Qualifications 3–6 years of experience indesigning and implementing AI / ML solutionsor advanced analytics architectures. Proven experience integrating AI models intoproduction environments(APIs, microservices, or data pipelines). Proficiency withcloud ecosystems(Azure, AWS, GCP) and their AI / ML services (e.g., Azure ML, Vertex AI, OpenShift AI).Hands-on experience withMLOps tools(MLflow, Kubeflow, Airflow) andcontainer orchestration(Kubernetes, Docker).Familiarity withagentic AI frameworks(LangChain, CrewAI, AutoGen, LlamaIndex) andRAG architectures.Working knowledge ofvector databases,APIs, andintegration patternsfor intelligent systems. Education & Certifications Preferred Skills Experience designingmodular, scalable, and maintainable architecturesfor AI-driven solutions. Knowledge ofhybrid or federated AI deployments, integrating enterprise data and large language models. Familiarity withsemantic search,knowledge graphs, orLLM optimization pipelines. Experience collaborating inagile or DevOps environments, bridging data science and engineering teams. Ability to document and communicate architecture decisions clearly, supporting alignment across stakeholders. Soft Skills Strong synthesis and documentation skills, promoting transparency and collaboration across teams.
