Account Manager – Digital Advertising (Remote, Europe)

We’re looking for an experienced Account Manager to join a growing digital advertising agency supporting brands from start-up to global scale. Acting as the glue between strategy and execution, you’ll oversee day-to-day account management, ensuring campaigns are delivered on time, on budget, and to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day client communication, providing updates and insights on campaign performance.
  • Oversee campaign launches, budget pacing, DSP activity, and ongoing optimisation.
  • Prepare and interpret advertising reports to develop actionable insights.
  • Support the Account Director with client presentations, media plans, and quarterly business reviews.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure seamless delivery across all stakeholders.
  • Mentor junior team members, ensuring strong campaign execution and client satisfaction.

About You

  • 2+ years’ experience in marketing or advertising account management, ideally in a fast-paced agency environment.
  • Strong knowledge of Amazon Advertising ; DSP / AMC experience a plus.
  • Analytical mindset with excellent Excel skills and comfort working with data.
  • Confident communicator with strong relationship-building and organisational skills.
  • Proactive, adaptable, and results-driven with a passion for digital performance marketing.

  • Reports to : Account Director
  • Department : Client Success (Advertising)
  • Travel : Occasional (5–10%)
  • Hours : 40 per week, Monday–Friday (flexible working offered)
