Requirements
Min. 3 years of experience in the coordination and execution of localisation / content production projectsMin. 1,5 years of team management experienceExperience in working with German - speaking clients at least 2 yearsPro-client attitude and professionalism, high personal culture and communication skillsAbility to navigate in complex projects and processes, together with extensive reportingAdvanced level of English and German - at least C1Independence and a proactive approachPositive attitude and problem-solving mindsetAccuracy and attention to detailBeing a team player with a sense of responsibility for the tasks assignedKnowledge of Excel (intermediate level)Assertiveness and courage in presenting your ideasStrong organisational skillsResilience to stressful situationsExperience in working for pharma / medical industry will be a big plusResponsibilities
