Overview Job Opportunity : As a Senior Salesforce Administrator, you will play a crucial role in managing our organization's Salesforce ecosystem for +300 users.
Responsibilities Setting up and managing user profiles, permissions, and data.
Managing Service Desk tickets, escalating them if needed.
Collaborating with the Salesforce team to establish suitable processes and enhance Salesforce functionalities.
Troubleshooting Salesforce issues and resolving problems related to Salesforce data or functionalities.
You will work closely with our Service Desk team and the Salesforce Product Owner Manager to ensure seamless integration of Salesforce within our organization.
Qualifications Certification in Salesforce Administrator (201).
Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in Salesforce CRM.
Excellent Excel and analytical skills.
Proficiency in English and Spanish.
