Strategic Marketing Performance Leader
Job Summary
The Strategic Marketing Performance Leader will be responsible for defining and driving marketing performance measurement, campaign effectiveness, and brand impact across all markets and channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a framework for marketing measurement, including customer lifetime value (CLTV), cost per acquisition (CPA), full-funnel performance, return on investment (ROI), brand lift, and effectiveness across all media and touchpoints with a path towards incrementality.
- Enable markets to build and activate measurement approaches in line with global guidance using econometric models, media mix modeling (MMM), and multi-touch attribution frameworks.
- Create a global dashboard for management reporting as well as work with local teams to ensure KPI consistency and alignment in reporting.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, the ideal candidate should have :
