Responsibilities

• Provide consulting, training, and support on client-facing and internal projects related to hosted safety database services and technology systems for Pharmacovigilance.
• Assist in designing, developing, implementing, improving, and maintaining technical solutions for Pharmacovigilance business, with a focus on safety databases and technology systems, covering :
• System setup and configuration.
• Validation documentation creation, guidance, and execution.
• Training materials development and delivery.
• Post-implementation support.
• Administer Safety Databases (Pharmacovigilance and Medical Information modules) and other technology systems for Pharmacovigilance, including database configuration and user account management.
• Provide second-level support for the internal helpdesk.
• Analyse complex business needs from clients and internal teams and recommend / implement solutions.
• Provide project management and oversight for both client and internal projects.
• Participate in client audits and inspections.
• Develop and review internal documents, procedures, and instructions (SOPs, WIs, and FAQs) to ensure adherence to defined policies.
• Deploy version updates, hot-fixes, and patches following controlled change request procedures.
• Lead the design and execution of data migrations for hosted safety databases.
• Provide subject matter expertise to the Business Development process.
• Mentor senior specialists and other team members.
• Take on other responsibilities as required.
