Overview
We are looking for an HR Associate Specialist within our HR Operations Team in Asturias. This role involves managing key HR processes for the Netherlands / Belgium and EMEA, while collaborating with various departments. The ideal candidate has 1-2 years of HR experience, strong administrative skills, and fluency in Dutch and English, German highly desirable. A proactive, customer-focused mindset with excellent communication and problem-solving abilities is essential.
Responsibilities
- Provide primary support for Netherlands / Belgium and EMEA employees regarding general HR questions
- Coordinate onboarding paperwork, employee agreements and data entry process for new employees, including applicable benefits enrollment.
- Coordinate employee exit process including processing resignations, terminating benefits and supporting the full offboarding life cycle.
- Own several HR processes for Netherlands and EMEA such as Employee Personal Changes, Verification of Employment, Contract Changes, Benefits, Maternity, Retirement.
- Keep contact with other departments and stakeholders (e.g. Payroll, Legal, Compensation etc...).
- Handle employee requests through HR ticket system.
- Actively participate in global and local HR projects as required
Qualifications
Fluent English and Native or Proficient in Dutch.
