Project Manager

Role Description :

Need PM profile with strong business transformation acumen, preferably with business analyst or business consultant background

Liaise with multiple stakeholders from the business and technical teams to drive projects from conceptualization to deployment

Ability to lead end to end, understanding the standard processes and deploy them globally

Ability to understand customer insights and translate them to business requirements

Should be able to lead / facilitate requirement elicitation workshops to understand business need

Provide UAT guidance and support release activities

Need to have expertise in areas like stakeholder management, KPIs, project structure, sequencing planning, etc

Qualifications :

Candidate with at least 15+ years of work experience on project management

Education qualification : B.Tech, BE, BCA, MCA, M. Tech or equivalent technical degree from a reputed university

Role Responsibilities :

Define the project plan (schedule, scope, risks, stakeholder matrix) and execute it with the defined project methodology

Pass all the project stage-gates and track milestones

Own the translation of product strategy into requirements and prototypes by working with other vendor and internal teams

Scope and prioritize activities

Work with the delivery teams to ensure product development as per defined milestones

Coordinate the validation phases of the project

Schedule cadences with delivery teams, business teams, steering committee and maintain clear flow of communication at various levels of the project

Track the budget spend on the project

Identify risks and work on mitigation plan
