The Role
As a Client Onboarding Specialis t, you’ll guide new Shopify brands through their first steps with Growave — from setup and integrations to launch.
You’ll ensure each client feels supported, confident, and ready to grow with our platform.
What You’ll Do
- Manage the full onboarding journey — from sign-up to successful app setup and launch
- Understand client goals and tailor onboarding plans to their needs and timelines
- Ensure smooth implementation of Growave features and integrations
- Troubleshoot and proactively guide clients through setup challenges
- Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Customer Success teams to deliver a flawless experience
- Create and refine onboarding materials, templates, and processes
- Gather client feedback to improve product usability and the onboarding journey
- Ensure a seamless handover to the Customer Success team post-launch
About You
1–3 years of experience in Onboarding, Implementation, or Customer SuccessHands-on experience working with Shopify is requiredExperience with SaaS or other eCommerce platforms is a plusFluent in English, Spanish, and Portuguese — other European languages are a plusStrong communication, organization, and problem-solving skillsTech-savvy, proactive, and flexible — able to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environmentDetail-oriented and genuinely customer-focusedComfortable working remotely and across time zonesSchedule
