- Be the technical go-to expert
- – Advise and support teams across Sales, Product Management, and Technical Services on technical matters, working closely with R&D to find the best solutions.
- Manage technical data & specifications
- – Oversee and optimize our specifications and ensure data integrity across systems in collaboration with Digital and Commercial Excellence teams.
- Drive technical excellence
- – Improve technical documentation, create new materials, and train R&D teams on updated processes and workflows.
- Work on a global scale
- – Collaborate with colleagues from around the world, bridging the gap between our customers and the innovative solutions we provide.
- A technical degree in Engineering or Chemistry
- Experience in the Marine coatings industry and FROSIO or NACE certification is a plus
- Strong communication skills in English and a passion for helping others solve technical challenges.
- A structured approach with a problem-solving mindset and an eye for continuous improvement.
