The job involves working as a Bid Coordinator, overseeing the preparation of technical and commercial proposals for Power Market projects. Key Responsibilities
- Analyzing client invitations to bid and ensuring their completion
- Evaluating market technologies for OEM selection
- Leading internal tender preparation, coordinating with technicians, procurement, legal, fiscal, estimates, and construction management teams
- Obtaining clarifications from clients and coordinating subcontractor bids
- Supervising estimate budgets and preparing commercial and administrative documentation
- Issuing technical-commercial proposals and tracking offer progress
