We are seeking an experienced Senior Back-end Developer with a strong background in Rust. The ideal candidate will play a key role in building our microservices infrastructure, focusing on developing and deploying scalable, efficient backend services.

Key Responsibilities :

Design, develop, and maintain high-performance microservices primarily in Rust, and potentially in Node.js, supporting a Next.js application.

Implement and manage user authentication and authorization systems.

Design and oversee data caching layers and strategies for efficient data retrieval.

Develop and integrate APIs to access and manipulate various data sources.

Optimize APIs and server configurations for search engines, focusing on load times and response efficiency.

Collaborate with frontend teams to implement server-side rendering and ensure seamless backend integration.

Work with cross-functional teams to define and implement new features.

Optimize backend systems for scalability and speed.

Ensure code quality, stability, and scalability through best practices and reviews.

Coordinate with DevOps for deployment and scaling of services.

Qualifications :

Minimum 5 years of backend development experience, with expertise in Node.js and Rust.

Proven experience in microservices architecture management.

Strong understanding of authentication and authorization protocols.

Experience developing and managing RESTful APIs.

Proficiency with SQL and NoSQL databases and caching solutions.

Knowledge of how backend technologies impact SEO.

Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).

Familiarity with CI / CD pipelines.

Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Strong communication skills and teamwork ability.
