We’re seeking a motivated and experienced New Developments Sales Agent to oversee collaboration sales and support the sales strategy across all current and upcoming projects within Engel & Völkers Marbella Developments.
This role involves liaising with internal and external agents, coordinating viewings, managing leads, and representing multiple developments to collaborating partners and clients.
Key Responsibilities
Manage all collaboration sales activity for Azurean Marbella and other developments.
Coordinate with internal and external agents to ensure accurate project representation.
Manage CRM updates, lead assignment, and follow-up across multiple projects.
Conduct client viewings and presentations at both the main office and on-site as needed.
Provide weekly activity and performance reports.
Support project marketing through agent updates, listings, and digital content initiatives.
Build strong relationships with collaborators and maintain professional communication at all times.
Contribute ideas to improve lead generation, conversion, and client experience across projects.
Ideal Profile
A dynamic communicator with strong coordination and client management skills, able to represent multiple developments professionally and effectively.
