Key Responsibilities Ensure high availability and performance across IT and OT environments for Privileged Access Management (PAM) and Non-Human Identity (NHI) systems.

Perform routine health checks, system updates, and maintenance tasks to ensure operational stability and compliance.

Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to privileged access and identity management, including root cause analysis and corrective actions.

Collaborate with OT teams to ensure PAM solutions are effectively integrated and maintained within industrial control systems and other OT platforms.

Operate and maintain systems that manage both human & non-human identities, ensuring secure provisioning, rotation, and decommissioning.

Maintain operational documentation, runbooks, and compliance reports related to PAM and NHI systems.

Conduct compliance checks and audits related to access control.

Deliver training and support to IT and OT stakeholders.

Identify opportunities to optimize existing PAM / NHI operations and contribute to automation and efficiency initiatives.
