ABOUT THE ROLE

As Corporate Communications Manager, you will lead the transformation of SITA’s corporate communications function, driving a shift from product‑centric messaging to strategic, customer‑focused storytelling. You will be responsible for shaping and amplifying SITA’s corporate narrative, positioning the company as a thought leader and trusted partner in the travel and transport industry.

You will provide strategic direction, coaching, and project leadership. Your role will be pivotal in developing compelling content that reflects business impact, resonates with our customers, and elevates our brand across global markets.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Corporate Storytelling & Thought Leadership

• Develop and execute a strategic storytelling framework that reflects SITA’s business impact, market relevance, and customer value.
• Lead the creation of thought leadership content including white papers, executive messaging, and strategic narratives that reflect industry trends and customer priorities.
• Ensure the right tone of voice across all communications, guiding teams on how to write and communicate effectively in a B2B environment.
