Power Platform Developer (Power Apps / Power Automate / Power BI) – Spain Madrid - Contract – B2B setup | €250–€300 per day – immediate start

We are seeking a Power Platform Developer to join a growing international technology team operating across the UK, Spain, Poland, and India. This is a hands-on role focused on building and automating business applications and workflows using the Microsoft Power Platform, supporting enterprise-scale digital transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI within enterprise environments

Build and enhance automation workflows, integrations, and reports that streamline complex business processes

Work collaboratively with global technical and delivery teams to ensure solution alignment and delivery quality

Support the integration of Power Platform components with Azure Functions and Logic Apps

Participate in peer reviews, testing, and deployment of solutions in a structured Agile environment

Provide hands-on technical expertise while ensuring best practices in governance, scalability, and security

Required Skills & Experience

3–5 years of professional experience in software or IT development (no more than 6 years total)

Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience with Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and PowerShell

Solid understanding of the Microsoft ecosystem, including Logic Apps and Azure Functions

Proven background working on large-scale or enterprise-level projects ideally within banking, consulting, or financial services

Strong communication skills and the ability to clearly articulate technical work and deliverables

A proactive, collaborative mindset and cultural fit for a distributed international team
