The Opportunity

At Eurofirms, we are looking for a Regional Sales Manager for the Central Area area to work at a multinational company that is a global leader in Information and Communication Technology (ICT) infrastructure and smart devices.

The Regional Sales Manager (RSM) will play a key role in building and consolidating the field team (GPVs) within an expanding company that is in the process of repositioning itself in retail channels. They will be responsible for designing, structuring, and driving a regional sales network with a high degree of autonomy, strategic vision, and operational leadership.

We are looking for a profile with energy, analytical skills, a results-oriented mindset, and a genuine motivation to lead from the field.

Key Responsibilities

• Regional Sales Responsibility (Retail Channel)
• Operator Channel Management : distributors and platforms (in collaboration with KAMs)
• Retail Channel Management : store managers
• Promoter Management
• Leadership of the GPV team
• Operational control and regional reporting

El Gerente Regional de Ventas (RRV) desempeñará un papel clave en la construcción y consolidación del equipo de campo (GPVs) dentro de una compañía en expansión y en proceso de reposicionamiento, tanto en canales retail como en operadores.

Será responsable de diseñar, estructurar e impulsar una red regional de ventas con un alto grado de autonomía, visión estratégica y liderazgo operativo.

Buscamos un perfil con energía, capacidad analítica, orientación a resultados y una motivación genuina por liderar desde el terreno.
