Your RoleDefine mid- and long-term strategies for decarbonization offerings across the Energy & Sustainability sectorIdentify new application areas and steer solution development to match customer needsAct as Subject Matter Expert for the Decarbonization Market domainDevelop KPI dashboards for diverse customer applicationsCollaborate across departments to translate customer demand into viable, scalable solutionsDrive account penetration, new solution adoption, and profitable growth in the decarbonization portfolio Your BackgroundA postgraduate degree in a relevant engineering discipline (e.g., Electrical or Energy); additional qualifications in Business Management or Data Analytics are a plus10–15 years of industrial experience, with a minimum of 10 years in Energy Process Industries and at least 5 years in Oil & Gas, Power, or Renewable sectorsPractical knowledge in one or more of the following : Process AutomationProcess EngineeringEnergy ManagementOperational TechnologySolution Selling Your SkillsDeep market insight into decarbonization drivers in Europe (Hydrogen, Renewables, Carbon Capture)Strong commercial acumen and ability to link customer needs to business outcomesExperience defining stakeholder-specific KPIsStrong communicator with excellent presentation and writing skillsPassion for sustainability and future-focused thinkingFluency in Spanish required.
