Degree in Civil or Industrial Engineering (similar). Project and corporate reporting skills. Previous experience in project / production control, quantity or cost control. Advanced Excel skills. Job Title : Senior Cost Control Engineer
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Cost Control Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing cost control and direct cost forecasting for the Project, reporting directly to the Project Controls Manager.
Responsibilities
- Manage cost control and direct cost forecasting for the project.
- Lead the Construction Cost Control Team to perform the cost control function for the project.
- Manage monthly project execution budget reports.
- Assess risks and improvement opportunities for escalation management reporting.
- Perform regular cost control dashboards.
