We’re looking for a Salesforce Developer to join our team in Madrid and help shape the future of contextual advertising as we continue to expand globally.

Your Challenge

• Architect and implement scalable Salesforce solutions to meet complex business requirements, including the design of custom objects, triggers, Lightning Web Components (LWCs), and flows.
• Develop custom Salesforce applications and components, ensuring clean, maintainable, and high‑performing code.
• Lead the integration of external systems via REST and SOAP APIs, creating a seamless ecosystem between Salesforce and other business tools.
• Design and implement monitoring tools and practices to ensure platform stability, data integrity, and performance optimization.
• Work closely with cross‑functional teams, including Product, Sales, and Ad Operations, to gather technical requirements and propose solutions.
• Define and enforce coding standards, architecture guidelines, and quality assurance practices to maintain high development standards.
• Develop and maintain a robust CI/CD pipeline for Salesforce deployments, promoting an agile development process.
• Mentor junior developers and contribute to building a strong development culture within the team.
• Extend development efforts beyond Salesforce by contributing to backend services, scripts, or integrations that improve overall system efficiency.
• Stay updated with the latest Salesforce releases and evaluate new features or tools to enhance platform capabilities.

What You’ll Need To Succeed

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 5+ years of hands‑on experience in Salesforce development, including Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and custom object modelling.
• Proven experience with Salesforce architecture design, process automation, and platform optimization.
• Advanced knowledge of integration technologies, including REST APIs, SOAP APIs, and middleware tools.
• Strong backend development skills in a programming language like Java, Python, or Node.js.
• Deep understanding of SDLC, CI/CD pipelines, and development frameworks for Salesforce and general backend systems.
• Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills, with a focus on building scalable, maintainable solutions.
• Fluent in English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience in monitoring and debugging tools to ensure system health and performance.

Nice to Have

• Salesforce certifications, such as Platform Developer II, Application Architect, or System Architect.
• Knowledge of the AdTech industry, including its unique processes and technologies.
• Familiarity with DevOps tools and platforms like Git, Jenkins, or GitLab CI/CD.
• Experience with event‑driven architectures or other modern backend design paradigms.
• Understanding of data processing tools or platforms, such as BigQuery, Kafka, or Snowflake.
