Senior Manufacturing Executive

We are seeking a seasoned Manufacturing Director to lead our production strategy and execution. This role will be pivotal in scaling up the manufacturing of our IoT devices and ensuring best-in-class manufacturing processes, product quality, and operational efficiency.

About the Role :

The successful candidate will oversee and optimize production processes, including stock management and compliance with metrological and industrial standards. They will also coordinate between R&D, electronics suppliers, and the data science team to ensure seamless integration of hardware and software components.

Responsibilities include supervising calibration, validation, and testing procedures to guarantee sensor performance and traceability, leading technical operations from prototyping through scaling-up and market deployment, driving key manufacturing KPIs, and serving as a technical liaison for quality audits and partner collaborations.

Requirements :

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in production supervision or product management within electronics and / or IoT industries, a strong technical background in electronics (PCB integration, sensor systems), and proven track record in scaling production of IoT or tech-based hardware products.
