Where will you work?

Our client is a cruise company that, since 1990, has been taking travelers to the impenetrable and breathtaking regions of one of the most remote and beautiful parts of the world in a way that simply cannot be replicated.

What will you do?

Your daily responsabilities will be :

  • You will manage and maintain strategic business relationships with the company’s key clients.
  • You will develop and implement customized strategies for each client to maximize the value of the business relationship.
  • You will identify new business opportunities and areas for growth within existing accounts.
  • You will negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms of service with clients, ensuring mutual benefit.
  • You will work closely with internal departments (marketing, sales, operations) to ensure client satisfaction and goal achievement.
  • You will monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) of the accounts and adjust strategies to improve results.

Who are we looking for?

You are the right person if :

  • You speak both Spanish and English at an advanced level (C1-C2).
  • You have 3 years of expirience or more.
  • You are available for travelling.
  • You are a strong results orientation and attention to detail person.
  • You have the ability to work with CRM tools and account management systems.
  • What do we offer?

  • A permanent contract.
  • Your schedule will be from Monday to Friday from 9h to 18h.
