Origination Lead

We have been retained by a leading provider of real estate finance to find an experienced Origination Lead who can drive business growth in Spain.

This is a key hire reporting into the EMEA Director and working closely with senior stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience originating, negotiating, and executing principal loans in the Spanish Development Finance market.

About the Role :

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering against lending targets by originating and executing new loans, providing high levels of service and delivery to borrowers, and presenting high-quality credit proposals to the Credit Committee.

Responsibilities :

• Originating and executing new loans to deliver against lending targets
• Providing a high level of service and delivery to borrowers
• Leading the presentation of high-quality and accurate credit proposals to the Credit Committee

Requirements :

The ideal candidate will possess a demonstrable track record in originating in the Development Finance market, substantial debt adviser and broker networks, and expert understanding of underwriting risk.
