Are you?RESPONSIBILITIESWe are looking for a person to lead the day-to-day relationship with some of our clients and help us create our own internal processes to create a company that can scale. The main tasks would be : To be the point of contact for our clients on a day-to-day basis, for recurring or specific needs that they may need.Develop the closing process of our clients on a monthly basis at the level of KPIs, financial statements and treasury.Prepare financial models for our clients.Prepare information for investors in recurring, one-off communications or during financing rounds.Help us build our company to continue with the incredible growth experienced so far, creating all the processes for our internal operation and with our clients, and thus be able to grow and serve more clients.Work daily with entrepreneurs, investors, banks and public institutions, of course with the constant support of The Startup CFO partners.PROFILEWe are looking for someone that has : Undergraduate degree in Finance, Business Administration or similar, or currently in last year of studiesCommunication, analytical and organizational skills2+ years’ work experience in corporate finance, accounting and / or business administration (Big4 highly valued)Advanced use of Microsoft ExcelFluent level in Spanish and EnglishAvailability to work full timeMotivation and desire to learn about finance and startupsSELECTION PROCESSScreening of incoming CVs30 minutes testPhone interviewRound of face-to-face interviews in our offices or by video callPERKSCompetitive remuneration packageYoung atmosphereGood location in Madrid (Nuevos Ministerios area)Flexibility to work remotelyFree course on startup finance from “The Startup Academy”Benefits : coffee, drinks, fruit and snacks in the office, flexible hours, Cobee, medical insurance...
