Location : Spain / Headquarters in Figueres
Reporting to the International Sales Director, working closely with the teams, as a sales strategist and developer of new niche areas, your main responsibilities will be :
Your responsibilities :
- Oversee the commercial policy for Spain, Portugal and Southern America by setting overall and individual targets to maximise factory capacity and adapting it as necessary
- Ensure that sales targets are met in each area of responsibility (geographical, customer base, product, range, service, etc.)
- Capture growing niche markets and implement a prescription policy.
- Analyse existing markets, the competition and the economic climate for products developed by the factories.
- Negotiate contracts and monitor their implementation.
- Work with the Purchasing Department to co-manage supplier / customer relations.
- Work with factory operations managers to ensure customer satisfaction in terms of deadlines, quality and close relationships
- Work with support functions to support the growth of the multidisciplinary sales teams' skills and act as a strong link between customers and factories
- Work with the Finance Department to ensure that margins, collections and sales indicators reflect the Group's international sales performance
