Role and responsibilities

We are looking for a Junior QA in Spain. You will join our team of developers and testers with diverse expertise and experience in a creative and international environment. The role involves working in an Agile environment as part of our QA department to ensure the stability, functionality, quality and performance of our products by using QA tools to improve testing efficiency and effectiveness. Your goal will be to help identify and resolve issues, contributing to an exceptional user experience.

• Performing a variety of tests, such as regression, integration and performance testing to validate software stability.
• Conduct both manual and automated testing to ensure software quality, identifying defects and areas for improvement.
• Conducting tests across multiple devices and browsers to ensure full compatibility.
• Reporting issues and bugs in Jira, ensuring all findings are documented clearly.
• Verifying that reported bugs have been successfully resolved by the development team.
• Attending daily QA team meetings to discuss tasks, new issues and potential blockers.
• Assisting in resolving support tickets reported by users and internal teams.
• Collaborating with QA, development and business teams to ensure complete and thorough testing.
• Researching and utilizing testing tools to improve automation and performance.
• Keep up to date with emerging trends and technologies in QA.

Qualifications

We also value very positively : Demonstrate strong capability partnering with stakeholders. Prior experience working in an Agile / Scrum development process. Exposure to testing frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Cypress). Familiarity with test automation tools. Interest and some knowledge of AI.
