Responsibilities

• Employee Relations & Compliance
• Act as the first point of contact for employee queries, fostering a positive and supportive workplace environment.
• Support the implementation and monitoring of the company’s Gender Equality Plan, ensuring compliance with legal requirements and promoting diversity and inclusion.
• Collaborate with external providers and internal stakeholders on Occupational Risk Prevention initiatives, including workplace health, safety assessments, and employee well-being programs.
• Ensure compliance with Spanish labor laws, and company policies.
• Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and offers.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and deliver effective talent acquisition strategies.
• Contribute to employer branding initiatives to attract and retain top talent.
• HR Operations & Projects
• Support HR administration tasks including contracts, onboarding, and employee documentation.
• Contribute to HR projects and initiatives focused on engagement, retention, and continuous improvement of HR practices.
• Assist in preparing reports and metrics related to HR activities, employee turnover, and workforce planning.
