Digital Marketing Specialist

At Neolith, we are seeking a seasoned digital marketing professional to join our team as a Digital Marketing Specialist. This key role will be responsible for defining, executing, and monitoring digital initiatives on a global scale, with a strong focus on social media, paid campaigns, inbound marketing, and content management.

Main Responsibilities

Develop and manage the global social media strategy : content planning, execution, and reporting.

Design, implement, and optimize paid digital campaigns across Google and Meta environments.

Define and manage inbound marketing strategies, including automation and lead nurturing.

Create engaging content tailored for digital platforms.

Coordinate digital projects with both internal teams and external agencies.

Optimize web environments and contribute to customer journey definition.

Requirements

Minimum 5 years of experience in Digital Marketing.

Previous experience with luxury or high-end products is desirable.

Proficiency in managing digital campaigns (Meta, Google Ads).

Experience with CMS platforms (preferably Salesforce / Marketing Cloud).

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (C1 level or higher).

Ability to work in international and multilingual environments.

Strong attention to detail, proactive and team-oriented mindset.

Academic Background

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, or Business. A Master’s degree in Digital Marketing is a plus.
