Industrial Engineering Manager

From the LHH Engineering Division , we are seeking an experienced Industrial Engineering Manager for a leading client in the automotive sector.

You will be responsible for driving the industrial engineering strategy , leading the industrialization of new products , optimizing processes, and ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency in a plant that plays a key role in the future of e-mobility .

Key Responsibilities :

• ✅ Lead and develop 5 direct engineers and a broader team of 35 professionals .
• ✅ Drive the industrialization of new lines and products .
• ✅ Optimize manufacturing processes (SMT, automation, testing).
• ✅ Ensure on-time launches and continuous improvement.
• ✅ Manage investments, equipment reuse, and cost-efficiency initiatives.
• ✅ Foster a culture of innovation, safety, and strong documentation .
• ✅ Collaborate closely with production, quality, and engineering teams.
