Seeking a Salesforce Expert

A leading company is looking for an experienced Salesforce professional to manage user rights, maintain the platform's setup, and provide top-notch support and training.

Responsibilities Manage Salesforce user permissions and ensure seamless access to the platform.

Maintain MS RC Salesforce configuration, coordinating changes from design to rollout with the IT team.

Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for Salesforce use.

Provide exceptional user support and training to ensure successful adoption of the platform.

Collaborate with stakeholders to optimize workflow processes within Salesforce.

Lead weekly ARROW sessions (agenda preparation, moderation, meeting minutes).

Monitor process performance and identify areas for improvement.

Qualifications At least 4 years of experience as a CRM manager with in-depth knowledge of Salesforce features (accounts, contacts, leads, opportunities, cases, reports, users).

Proven experience in project coordination and user support.

Background in AI technologies.

Strong leadership and organizational skills.

B2 English language proficiency.
