The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in shaping technical direction, mentoring developers, and ensuring high-quality software delivery.✍️WHAT WOULD YOU NEED? ✍️- 5+ years of software development experience.- At least 2 years of experience as a Tech Lead.- Main stack : Python.- Node.Js : experience is a plus, but strong leadership experience can substitute.- Hands-on experience with MongoDB and NoSQL databases.- Fluent in English and native in Spanish.- Experience with other backend technologies such as .NET or Java is a strong plus.
