This is a Hybrid opportunity working out of Madrid or Barcelona.

What You'll Do :

You'll take on technical leadership, working with our world-class team of quantum, AI, and DevOps experts to industrialise our core technologies. You will collaborate directly with our founding team in a fast-paced startup environment, tackling high-value problems for Fortune-500 customers from the government and private sectors.

Who We're Looking For :

• Experience : A bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science or a related field. We're looking for junior-level (1-2 years) and mid-level (3+ years) engineers with experience in machine learning and data science.
• Technical Skills : Expert knowledge of Python and experience with other languages like Rust or C / C++. You should be proficient in developing and deploying software on the cloud (e.g., AWS), using Git, and managing CI / CD pipelines. A strong commitment to clean, maintainable code is essential.
• Collaboration : Excellent communication skills and the ability to work with experts from different backgrounds.
• Preferred : Familiarity with LLM tools and frameworks (HuggingFace, OpenAI APIs), distributed computing (Ray, Spark), and algorithm development.
