We are looking for a passionate "Business Developer" to join our client, a leading global manufacturer of furniture hardware accessories.
This role is based in Spain and covers both the Spanish and Portuguese markets. The selected candidate will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies for furniture hardware accessories, targeting distributors, retail chains, and furniture manufacturers. The role involves creating and implementing comprehensive plans to expand the customer portfolio and drive sustainable sales growth across the region.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and execute business and sales strategies for Spain & Portugal
- Identify new market opportunities and expand the customer portfolio across distributors, retailers, and manufacturers
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients while coordinating closely with the HQ Sales team
- Prepare timely sales forecasts and contribute to achieving monthly and yearly sales targets
- Travel nationally and internationally as required
Requirements :
Minimum 5 years of sales & business development experience in the furniture hardware industry or related industryExcellent command of written and spoken EnglishStrong communication and influencing skills with a collaborative approachResults-driven and motivated to achieve ambitious goalsFlexible, adaptable, and pragmatic, able to operate effectively in changing environmentsConfident yet approachable, fostering teamwork and valuing others’ perspectivesValid driver’s license and willingness to travel frequently (4–5 days per week)
