Salary : €50,000 - €55,000 gross per annum

My client is seeking an experienced and dynamic Restaurant Manager to lead their team and oversee the daily operations of one of their high-end restaurants in Madrid.The ideal candidate will be a strong leader with a passion for the hospitality industry, capable of driving both excellent service standards and financial performance.

Key Responsibilities :

• Manage all restaurant operations, ensuring a seamless and high-quality guest experience.
• Lead, motivate, and develop the restaurant team to achieve exceptional service standards.
• Oversee financial performance, including managing budgets, P&L, and cost control.
• Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.
• Maintain high standards of food quality, service, and cleanliness.
• Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally and efficiently.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and quality food preparation.
