Descripción del trabajoA Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).- 10+ years in QA, including 3+ years in a lead role for complex, distributed systems.- Proven experience testing backend services, APIs, SDKs, and mobile / web applications.- Expertise in automation tools and frameworks (e.G., Selenium, Appium, JMeter, Postman).- Strong knowledge of CI / CD processes, databases, and security testing methodologies (OWASP).- Excellent communication, leadership, and mentoring skills.- Strong analytical mindset and ability to prioritize under tight deadlines."> Culture and diversity : A people-oriented environment with different nationalities and a great team spirit, flat hierarchies (everyone speaks to everyone). Key roles and responsibilities for this position include : ">
- Defining and implementing a comprehensive testing strategy that covers functional, performance, security, and reliability aspects.- Building and maintaining automated testing frameworks integrated into CI / CD pipelines.- Overseeing test design and execution for backend services, APIs, mobile SDKs, and applications.- Driving performance, scalability, and security testing, including vulnerability assessments and compliance.- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to embed quality practices and ensure smooth integration of all components.- Mentoring and guiding QA engineers, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.- Defining quality KPIs, tracking defects, and providing regular updates to stakeholders.">
