Your role You’ll be the trusted advisor for new clients — onboarding them, creating powerful ad campaigns, and helping them achieve great results. Your mission is to build strong relationships, drive product adoption, prevent customer drop-off, and find opportunities for growth.

What You’ll Do Make outbound calls to connect with companies.

Understand each client’s goals and offer tailored advertising solutions.

Create and optimize PPC campaigns for both quick wins and long-term success.

Increase campaign investment and upsell where valuable.

Keep client records up to date in the database.

Build lasting partnerships in the German market.

What You Need BA / BS degree (Marketing / Communications is a plus).

Native-level German (C2) & strong English (C1). French is a plus.

20+ months in sales or marketing, ideally client-facing.

Experience with CRM tools & managing customer data.

Comfortable using AI tools to improve outreach.

Strong analytical skills & market trend awareness.

Problem-solving mindset with strategic thinking.

Knowledge of German business culture & regulations (GDPR).

Excellent communication & presentation skills.
